Every year local footballers and referees from the Welfare League hold a football match to raise money for charity.
The event sees a Welfare Select take on the Referees. This year, the match raised £400, which the referees and players decided should be donated to help Blair and Blaine Innes.
The brothers have varying degrees of autism and the family has been fundraising for a number of years to aid their treatment.
Blane and his parents Graeme and Myra are pictured receiving the cheque from members of the association and local referees.
Graeme told the Herald: “We would like to thank all those who particiated in the match and are very grateful.
“It is great to see local people helping others in the community,” he said.
