Fraserburgh west end and Fraserburgh District flying club have been busy lately holding races in June.
Fraserburgh District held a race on the 4th of June from Rotherham and the winning bird belonged to C McRae of Savoch Lonmay. Mcrae also came second and A Geddes came third.

Another race held on the 11th of June by the District flying club from Newark saw C McRae take almost all the honours bar 6th position which was taken by A Geddes.

C McRae won the yearling trophy and 1st OLB bird trophy.
Fraserburgh west end held a race on the 4th June from Rotherham. The winning bird flew 296 miles 171 yards in 8 hours 28 minutes belonging to R Barclay.

Another race from Newark from Fraserburgh west end on the 11th of June saw R Higgins take the top 4 winners. The pigeon flew 321 miles 1525 yards in 9 hours 59 minutes.
