Police Scotland are appealing for information following a break-in to a residential property in the Sandend area of Aberdeenshire.

The theft happened between 4.30pm on Saturday 16 November and 11.30am on Monday 18 November and as a result, a quantity of wood flooring, estimated to be valued at a mid-three figure sum, was stolen.

Investigating Officer, Constable Philip Duncan said: “We are appealing for anyone with information to come forward and for members of the public to remain vigilant and report any suspicious activity to police.
