Fraserburgh youngsters recently took part in the Prince’s Trust Team 24 challenge and were rewarded at the final presentation.
In front of an invited audience of more than 180 family, friends and partnership agencies, Team 24 used a game show theme to highlight all they had achieved, both collectively and individually, over the 12-week programme.
Team members took part in a variety of challenges, activities and projects designed to increase confidence, raise self esteem and gain nationally-recognised qualifications. Team 24 had three members from Fraserburgh (pictured above) - Shaun Hughes, David-John Bruce and Phillip Greig.
Team 24 has expressed thanks to CNR International, Total Oil & Gas, Speedy Hire, Buchan Power Tools and all other agencies and employers who contributed their valuable time to ensure team members had a successful experience.
The Prince’s Trust Team programme, delivered in North Aberdeenshire by Aberdeen Foyer in partnership with Aberdeen College, is a self development course for 16 to 25 year olds.
The next team will commence on Monday, September 12, and anyone interested in joining the team should contact team leader, Bryan Mackay, on (01779) 481170 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
