Major bout of local road resurfacing

Aberdeenshire Council is resurfacing a number of roads around Banff and Buchan over the coming weeks.

Speed restrictions of 10mph and a convoy system will be in operation on these roads.

Due to this being a rolling programme of work precise dates and times cannot be provided but any disruption will be for a maximum of 24 hours at each site.

The resurfacing work will take place from June 2 for three weeks on the following roads:

A97 Banff to Huntly road from South Street, Arberchirder to Mill of Auchintoul

B9025 Aberchirder to Turriff Road at the Kirkton Bends and from the B9021 slack of Scotston to Scotston

B9031 Fraserburgh to Rosehearty

B9032 Muir Road, Memsie

Blairshinnoch to Lodgehills Road from Culbeuchly Cottages to west of Blairshinnoch

Ord Hilton to Culbeuchly Road from Culbeuchly Cottages to the B9121 junction

Arnbath Road from Burgh Road, Portsoy to Redhythe Farm

Greendykes to Bogmuchals Road from the A95 at Gordonstown to Hinksfield

Gardenstown to Bracoden Road

New Aberdour Beach Road

Cannonhills to Hillhead road

Rathen Village

Cortes to Inverallochy Road

Slacks of Tipperty Road

Saltoun Place lane, Grattan Place Lane, Hunters Lane In Fraserburgh.

Carmelite street to Banff Harbour

Ardanes Brae, Meavie Place Guthries Haven, Castle Lane, Old Castlegate, Water Path and Grant Street in Banff

Chapel Street, Chapel Lane, Ogilvie Street, Low Shore and West End in Whitehills

Shore Street in Pennan
