Excellent conditions for running resulted in the most competitive race for the season. Best run for the ladies came from Carol Massie who won the race and just missed out on a P.B.
Graeme Clark is going to be the one to beat this year after having another excellent time, coming in second and beating his previous P.B. by a massive 1 minute and 13 seconds. The pre-race favourite Charlie Noble had his best run for the season coming in third and also having a P.B.
Billie MacFarlane had a good time in her first race and should be in the points in the last few races. It is fine to see Lisa Stephen back competing again after being out injured.
