Fraserburgh Photographic Society have launched a project to get involved with Super Saturdays.
Keen photographers have been called upon by the long-running society to pick up their cameras and document the town’s fishing heritage throughout the month for the inaugural Super Saturday on June 8.
Super Saturdays, which will be monthly, themed events in the town centre featuring stalls and entertainment, will kick-off in June with the first event themed on fishing heritage, inspiring the photographers to do what they can to help promote the town.
From Maggie’s Hoosie to shots of traditional seaside houses, the snaps have already started to come in from some eagle-eyed members.
To get involved with the challenge, visit the Fraserburgh Photograhic Society’s Facebook page at www.facebook.com/FraserburghPhotographicSociety where an album will be compiled featuring everyone’s efforts at the end of May.
